2026 Family-Linked Sponsorships
Expressions of Interest (EOI) – Now Closed
Thank you to everyone who submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) for family-linked refugee sponsorships for 2026.
Hospitality House will use a lottery system to randomly select co-sponsors from the submitted EOIs. Only those selected through the lottery will be invited to submit full sponsorship applications.
A. Eligibility & Application Process
- Priority will be given to new co-sponsors who meet program requirements.
- Previous lottery participants who have already successfully applied will not be prioritized.
- Each EOI must include two eligible co-sponsors (single applicants will be disqualified).
- A maximum of two EOIs per co-sponsor pair is allowed—exceeding this will result in disqualification.
- Only one EOI per refugee family will be accepted; duplicates will be removed.
- Sponsorship spaces are non-transferable and cannot be carried forward to future years.
- Applicants must be residents of Manitoba.
B. Next Steps
Lottery Selection
Submitting an EOI does not guarantee a sponsorship spot. We will notify selected applicants directly.
Selection & Training
Selected co-sponsors will be invited to attend a mandatory information session with an RSTP trainer.

✅ Closed: Monday, April 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CT)
After this period, the form will no longer be accessible.
