× COVID-19 ALERT! The Canadian government controls and limits all legal immigration to Canada including sponsored refugee immigration. In this time of the COVID-19 pandemic all flights to Canada from other countries have been stopped. On May 10, Canada had over 68,000 confirmed cases of this illness, and almost 5,000 deaths. More than 3 million Canadians were then unemployed because of pandemic-caused regulations. In consequence we anticipate no admittance to Canada of immigrants or refugee immigrants for several months to come, because of health and economic concerns. We hope of course for an earlier resolution.
